Mixin Wallet is a decentralized wallet; the PIN is the only password for managing your wallet assets. Please keep your PIN secure once it is set, as the loss cannot be recovered, and your support will become inaccessible.
How to set up a PIN?
Open Mixin Messenger and tap the "Wallet" menu at the bottom.
Upon entering, you will be prompted to create a PIN. Follow the operation guide to complete the creation.
What to do if you forget your PIN?
Irrecoverable upon loss: It can only be recovered if you remember your PIN, as the platform does not save any wallet information.
Limited attempts: You can try entering your PIN five times within 24 hours.
Gradual recovery: Take your time and try to recall your PIN to regain access to your wallet gradually.
